Job Description
Aroma-247 Pakistan is actively looking for a dedicated Female Order Checker and Dispatcher to facilitate efficient order management in our retail store situated in DHA – Phase 8, Karachi. This role entails verifying customer orders, confirming details via phone communication, and coordinating dispatch activities effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Your main tasks will include ensuring order accuracy, confirming details with customers, coordinating dispatch with delivery teams, tracking orders, and addressing customer inquiries promptly.
Qualifications: Candidates must possess at least an Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree and have 1-2 years of experience in retail or customer service. Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency are essential.
