Experience: 3–5 Years (UAE/Dubai Industry Only)

Blurred Ego is seeking a dynamic Female Recruitment Specialist to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience specifically within the Dubai job market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment process.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with department heads.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Analyze and handle recruitment metrics.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience in the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor trends.
