Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake field visits to connect with farmers.
- Educate farmers on product benefits.
- Conduct field trials and provide technical support.
- Organize training sessions and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Provide customer service and maintain records.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or Soil Science.
Experience in Agricultural sales or Field Development roles.
Strong knowledge of fertilizer products and agronomic principles.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
