Job Description
Muller and Phipps Pakistan is on the lookout for a dedicated Field Manager to oversee our pharmaceutical sales team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring the performance of sales staff, setting ambitious sales targets, and developing effective strategies for business growth. Key responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, presenting comprehensive reports to management, and identifying emerging market trends.
Qualifications for this role include a BBA, BS, MS, or MBA in Marketing, along with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector. A proven track record of achieving sales targets is essential.
We offer a competitive annual bonus, medical coverage, and a salary range of Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00.
