Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct supervision and guidance to field officers, including performance management, training, and coaching.
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of Circle Association’s programs and services in assigned communities.
• Identify and address any challenges or obstacles faced by field officers in the field.
• Build strong relationships with community leaders, local organizations, and government agencies.
• Collect and analyze data on program effectiveness, preparing reports for stakeholders.
• Represent Circle Association at community events, promoting our mission.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, community development, or related field, preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in community development or empowerment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to gender equality and social justice.
• Fluency in local languages and cultural understanding preferred.
Salary: $50k – $60k based on experience.
