Job Description
Patel Hospital seeks a motivated Field Officer with a B.Com or BBA and 2–3 years of proven fundraising experience in a reputable organization. The role involves daily field engagement in retail markets to raise awareness and recruit new donors, planning and executing BTL and OOH campaigns, and coordinating in-house and outreach donation camps. Responsibilities also include doorstep collection of donations, conducting cold calls, and performing other duties as assigned by the HOD or senior management. This is a full-time, in-person position. Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a donor-focused approach, and the ability to work independently in the field.
