Job Description
Mars BPO is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to work on-site at 2nd Floor, Shafi Court, Club Road (near Avari Towers), Karachi. The Coordinator will handle customer inquiries, coordinate daily field activities, maintain client records, support operational strategies, and report performance metrics.
- Requirements: High school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), excellent communication and problem-solving skills, basic MS Office proficiency, and readiness for on-site duties; customer service or field experience is a plus.
- Compensation: Rs35,00–Rs45,00/month, plus performance incentives, hands-on training, career growth, and a supportive team environment.
