Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Field Team Coordinator to join our team. The Field Team Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating all field service activities for our water care products. This includes scheduling, dispatching, and tracking field service personnel, as well as ensuring timely completion of all service requests.

1. Manage and coordinate field service activities to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to customers.
2. Schedule and dispatch field service personnel based on service requests and customer needs.
3. Track and monitor the progress of field service activities to ensure on-time completion.
4. Liaise with customers to understand their needs and resolve any issues related to field service activities.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of field service activities, including service reports and customer feedback.
6. Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineers are encouraged to apply) or equivalent experience.
2. Proven experience in field service management, preferably in the water care or related industry.
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
6. Proficient in using field service management software.
7. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
