Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for influencers and celebrities throughout events, shoots, and other engagements.
- Ensure the comfort and satisfaction of talent by addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
- Provide assistance and maintain coordination with various teams, vendors, organizers, and support staff.
- Develop and maintain detailed timelines for events, shoots, and projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in event management or talent coordination.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
