Job Description
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Salary: PKR 25,00 + Petrol Allowance for Field Work
Job Summary: We are looking for a Field Operations Officer to manage field activities, oversee tasks execution, and ensure project delivery. Ideal for individuals who thrive in on-ground work and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits for project monitoring
- Coordinate with on-ground teams and stakeholders
- Ensure accurate data collection and reporting
- Resolve challenges during fieldwork
- Maintain field records and reports
- Manage logistics for field activities
- Communicate updates with office teams
Requirements:
- Own bike required
- Minimum education: Intermediate (FA/FSc)
- Experience in field operations a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle on-ground challenges
- Familiarity with the local area preferred
- Willingness to travel for fieldwork
