Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to expand Esquare’s business by identifying new business opportunities and establishing relationships with potential clients. The Field Sales Executive will also be responsible for promoting Esquare’s services to clients by presenting proposals and negotiating contracts, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Proven field sales experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Adept at building and maintaining client relationships.
- Experience working with HR services or related industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Salary:
32,00 + Commission
