Job Description

Ghani Value Glass is seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Manager to lead our field sales team. In this pivotal role, you will drive sales growth by devising effective strategies, fostering strong client relationships, and conducting regular field visits for performance evaluation and coaching.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing sales targets and identifying new business opportunities. Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office and SAP, are essential for this position.
