Job Description
Department: TB
Reporting To: Program Manager
Grade: Officer
Employment Type: Full-time contractual
Location: Mirpurkhas, Tharparkar, Tando Allahyar
Job Purpose: The incumbent will supervise and coordinate field activities for Integrated TB, HCV, and Mental Health Service Delivery in Rural Sindh. Responsibilities include managing resources for field workers, community mobilizers, and implementing intervention tools.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact between field workers and coordinators
- Coordinate with partners for effective referral mechanisms
- Map UCs and villages for camp spots
- Manage field data and equipment efficiently
- Resolve on-site field issues and personnel management
Required Qualification: At least Intermediate, preferably Bachelors
Required Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience
Required Skills: Self-motivated, attention to detail, team player, fluency in Sindhi, Siraeki, and Urdu.
