Job Description
As a Field Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of field employees. You will lead a team of field staff to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within deadlines.
Your duties will include assigning tasks, providing guidance and support to team members, and monitoring project progress. You will also be the main point of contact between field staff and management, ensuring clear communication and efficient work operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of field operations are preferred.
