Job Description
- Lead a 3P operations team overseeing Packaging and Filling Operations on multiple lines.
- Support Filling Supervisor in day-to-day operations management.
- Develop, implement, and uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Filling Operations.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and Shell HSSE Control Framework.
- Maintain product integrity and adhere to quality standards set by ISO and Shell Quality Guidelines.
- Manage operational assets, including cutting-edge Automated Lines.
- Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives to optimize operations.
- Focus on enhancing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and Production Schedule Adherence.
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Blending, and Logistics teams for smooth operations.
