Job Description
Are you an experienced leader skilled in managing high-performance call centers? We invite you to apply for the position of Final Expense Operations Manager for our USA-based Telesales Campaign at Theevioo Pvt. Ltd..
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Final Expense Telesales team.
- Monitor performance metrics and achieve sales targets.
- Train and mentor sales teams to optimize performance.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year in Operations Management, ideally in Final Expense.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Availability to work night shifts (7 PM – 4 AM).
Compensation: Rs100,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month.
