Job Description
Financial Reporting and Accounting:
- Client invoicing, ledger maintenance, and day-book management using QuickBooks.
- Work closely with Senior management for HST and tax filings in Canada and USA.
- Prepare budget, cost analysis reports, and project costing.
- Tracking and management of employee/contractor time sheets using QuickBooks.
- Handle back-office operations and legal compliance matters.
- Create financial statements and provide advisory to management.
- Create MS Excel calculation templates and yearly calendars.
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related fields.
- 5-6 years of QuickBooks experience.
- 5+ years of Accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of QuickBooks and MS Excel.
- Nice to have financial analysis experience.
- Good written communication skills.
- Knowledge of ERP is a plus.
