Job Description
- Planning and Budgeting.
- Plan month-on-month disbursement and recovery targets.
- Calculate income on the outstanding portfolio based on the product mix.
- Calculate the impact of income suspended based on Risk Department’s projections of the at-risk portfolio.
- Project month-on-month and year-end income based on the above targets.
- Work out branch-wise targets and communicate these targets to the branches.
- Project incentive payable on the set product-wise KPIs.
- Plan month-on-month deposit target product-wise.
- Project cost of deposit based on agreed targets Monitoring and Variance Analysis.
- Compare actual branch performance against budgeted branch performance.
- Consolidate branch performance to overall Bank performance.
- Investigate positive and negative variances by seeking explanations from the branches.
- Prepare a summary of actionable points based on the identified variances.
- Track KPIs set by the Board of Directors and keep senior management up to date.
- Prepare performance summaries for branches based on P&L numbers communicated by the finance department.
- Calculate incentive payable on branch KPIs.
- Monitor the cost of deposit against the budget.
