Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis and identify profitability drivers.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Oversee P&L management and recommend cost controls.
- Monitor and manage trade spending for ROI and sales growth.
- Analyze product margins and optimize cost structures.
- Collaborate with teams for financial planning and strategies.
You will be responsible for driving financial planning, analysis, and decision-making to support business growth and profitability.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Business (Master’s degree or relevant certification preferred).
- Experience: 4-5 years in Finance Business Partner role and FMCG industry.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial planning software/tools.
- Salary Range: up to 200K
