Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage all activities in the accounts payable function, specifically liaise with the bank for provision of necessary documents and follow-up on opening bank’s Letter of Credit (LCs) or bank contracts, including maintaining reconciled supplier ledgers, etc.
- Preparation/Issuance of EMs and BGs from Banks.
- Updated knowledge of State Bank circulars and commercial banks procedures related to the import of different technological products of the company’s business.
- Manage the receivables cycle, follow-up on customer payments.
- Check and verify invoices and obtain approvals from authorized persons.
- Make payments, compile records of bills, payments, and expenses, including preparation of soft data.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records.
- Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices, or correspondence necessary for files, including monthly reconciliation with bank statements, etc.
- Conduct data entry tasks in the books of accounts and prepare cash flow statements to maintain financial records.
- Report on a daily/periodic basis to line Manager on pending tasks and financial reconciliations.
- Any other job that is assigned by the line Manager from time to time.
