Job Description
JOB LOCATION: Karachi
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Timely inputting of invoices into the system.
- Processing Cheques and bank payments to vendors and performing bank reconciliation.
- Managing petty cash and interest at all sites.
- Ensuring timely deposit of tax deducted at source in accordance with statutory deadlines.
- Issuing tax certificates to all vendors.
- Reviewing vendor agreements on a quarterly basis.
- Handling correspondence with vendors.
- Performing monthly accruals and closing activities.
- Conducting ledger reconciliations.
- Preparing trial balance and monthly reports for management and group.
- Provide assistance during external and internal audits, as well as other assigned tasks.
- Maintaining JV & AP records.
YOU BRING:
- Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum Bachelors.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the relevant field.
- Freight forwarding experience will be given preference.
Competency and Skill Requirement:
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent command on MS. Excel & ERP.
