Job Description

We are currently hiring for the position of Finance Executive at Kamayi, a leading e-commerce company based in Metroville S.I.T.E, Karachi. As a Finance Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions and ensuring compliance with reporting standards and internal policies.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
• Handle petty cash management and bank reconciliations.
• Process and manage invoices promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely billing and payments.
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable and payable.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables and payment of payables.
• Utilize Excel and other tools for financial data analysis.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and support decision-making.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, IFRS reporting standards, and internal policies.
• Assist in the implementation of financial best practices.
• Collaborate with auditors and other stakeholders during financial audits.

Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of IFRS reporting standards and GAAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software i.e. QuickBooks online and Zoho.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
• Strong knowledge and experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory management.
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and communicative.
• Experience in an e-commerce company is a plus.
