We are looking for a meticulous Finance Executive with at least 2 years of payroll management experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing payroll operations, ensuring accuracy in processing, compliance with regulations, and timely salary disbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing.
- Maintain precise payroll records.
- Handle statutory deductions while ensuring compliance.
- Support month-end closing and payroll reconciliations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software.
- Strong understanding of labor laws.
Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
