Job Description
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our team at the Gadap Plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations at the Gadap Plant.
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Perform financial analysis, identifying trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Assist with internal and external audits to ensure financial compliance.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in managing working capital.
- Prepare and submit tax filings, including VAT, withholding taxes, and income tax.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business operations.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for financial transactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / BBA relevant field
- 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (ERP experience is a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
Salary: PKR 50,00 – 60,00 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
