Job Description
- Daily reporting of revenue, stakeholders’ Funds, and other key statistics
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of receipts from various payment channels
- Issues and dispute handling with external stakeholders (i.e., 1Link, NBP, SBP & OGA etc.)
- Ensure data accuracy & integrity within the information systems
- Month-end closing of accounts receivable in the accounting system
- Writing monthly funds collection letters to government agencies and communication with them
- User acceptance testing of PSW portal and timely reporting of any error or bug
- Any other task related to reconciliations & MIS
- Preparation of weekly and monthly income analysis for senior management
- Conduct data quality checks and implement improvements to enhance data accuracy and reliability.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate reports and provide insights.
- Participation in monthly finance presentations highlighting key issues and providing insights.
