Job Description
Level 3 BOS (PVT) Ltd is seeking a skilled Payroll Tax Specialist to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of U.S. payroll tax regulations, including FICA, Medicare, FUTA, and various state-specific requirements. This position entails the management of 1099 and W-2 reporting using payroll systems such as ADP, Gusto, or Paychex.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to federal and state payroll tax laws.
- Preparation and filing of 1099 and W-2 forms.
- Reconcile payroll taxes and resolve any discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge of IRS regulations and payroll compliance.
