Job Description
Wavetec Pvt Ltd, a global leader in customer experience and information display solutions, is looking for a Finance Executive to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Monthly filing of regulatory returns and response to authorities’ notices.
- Handling invoices, payments, and monthly salaries in ERP.
- Timely reconciliation for real-time financial statements.
- GL records maintenance and report preparation.
- Monitoring expenses against departmental budgets.
- Prepare monthly reports before the 3rd of each month.
- Other tasks assigned by the Manager Finance.
Skills:
- Knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in online payroll/accounting systems and MS Excel.
- Administration, statistical methods, and technical writing.
- Strong communication, time management, and stress management skills.
Experience:
1 to 3 years in Accounts/Audit, with intercultural experience in a dynamic business environment.
