Job Description
Accounting and Reporting:
- Bookkeeping, client invoicing, ledger maintenance using QuickBooks.
- Prepare budget, cost analysis, project costing.
- Management of employee/contractor time sheets and pay cycles.
- Handle back office operations, tax filings for Canada, USA.
- Financial statements creation, MS Excel templates.
- Sales tax return submission, liaison with banks.
- Create payroll calendars, oversee administration duties.
Skills and Requirements:
- ACCA/finance graduate.
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Strong QuickBooks and Excel skills.
- Excellent communication.
