Job Description
Job Statement (Purpose of Position):
The primary purpose of this position is to provide day-to-day support to the COO and Finance Department.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding of clients from operations and finance perspectives.
- Ensure timely invoicing and recovery from clients.
- Liaise with clients’ finance and HR departments.
- Assist in treasury-related activities and data entry.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Smooth client onboarding
- Timely invoicing and reconciliations
- Support to internal stakeholders
Specifications:
- Academic Qualification: MBA in Finance
- Professional Certification: ICMA Qualified / CA Finalist
- Relevant Experience: 4 to 6 years
Key Professional Interactions:
- Internal: Accounts and Admin team
- External: Banks, customers, and logistics partners
