Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Finance Supervisor to join our team in Karachi. As a Finance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and implementing financial policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze financial statements, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Develop and maintain effective financial controls and procedures.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in financial analysis and reporting.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Advanced proficiency in financial management software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
