Job Description
Position Summary:
As a Team Lead for Financial Reporting at Gaditek, you will be responsible for financial close and reporting activities, ensuring compliance with all external and internal reporting requirements. This includes managing the overall reporting calendar, coordinating with inter-department teams, and handling various financial reporting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
– Financial Closing, P&L, and Balance Sheet of Group Companies
– Consolidation of monthly financials
– Ensuring correct recording of expenses and financial transactions
– Updating Management Information System (MIS) Pack
– Account payable and receivable reconciliation
– Monthly closing of sales and related Journal transactions
Who You Are:
If you are a detail-oriented and methodical individual, able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, this role at Gaditek is for you. You should be comfortable building relationships, have strong analytical skills, and be a self-starter.
Education & Experience:
– Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA)
– 5+ years of working experience in audit firm and industry
– Advanced computer literacy and Excel skills
– Proven experience in financial document production and analysis
