Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join our dynamic team in the real estate industry. As a Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all financial activities related to real estate transactions and investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting in compliance with GAAP.
- Monitor and analyze financial data, highlighting any variances and making recommendations for improvement.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes for real estate projects.
- Oversee financial transactions, such as property acquisitions, investments, and sales.
- Perform financial analysis to evaluate the profitability and feasibility of real estate projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of real estate accounting principles and regulations.
- Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
