About the role:
Energiser Business Excellence
Key responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for developing business models to assess opportunities for growth and expansion.
Your key deliverables will be to:
Business Performance Evaluation & Analysis:
- Assisting in developing business strategy for roll out and implementation
- Development of strategy model and financials accurately
- Developing and implementing strategy progress report for relevant stakeholders
New Projects:
- Preparing and ensuring error-free feasibility development for new initiatives in alignment with relevant stakeholders
- Co-partnering with relevant stakeholders to ensure progress of new initiatives to deliver as per feasibility
Budgeting:
- Partnering with Financial Success to ensure completeness and error-free submission of finalized budgets aligned to agreed strategy
- Reviewing budget delivery and developing revised forecasts where required
Stakeholder Management:
- Establishing and maintaining conducive relationships with team and relevant stakeholders
- Communicating with the team to acquire insight into the changing dynamics of the business
- Coordinating with different teams to execute agreed programs and conditions as outlined in the shareholder agreement
- Engaging with external advisors to implement and execute Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) framework
Qualification: Bachelors preferably in Finance
Experience: 3-6 years of experience with knowledge of financial modeling, business analytics, thorough understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
