Job Description
Overview:
- To provide regular business performance reporting, assist with the preparation of forecasts, AOP, PSP, Forecasts, and Growth Plans.
- Support Finance Manager Foods and Planning Manager Commercial in delivering departmental and business objectives.
- Improve financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions.
Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting – Local:
- Analyze and present monthly, quarterly, and FY P&L and OCF along with detailed variance analysis.
- Monthly tracking of OCF and liaison with stakeholders for corrective actions.
- Maintain Planning Financial Models and Templates with focused analytic reviews.
- Track profitability by brand and project-wise CAPEX status monthly.
External Support:
- Provide cross-functional support, coordination with departments, and assist in business developments.
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis, presentations, and financials when needed.
PSP / AOP / Quarterly Forecasts:
- Prepare overall P&L, OCF, CAPEX Monitor, Pipeline, and Brand P&Ls.
Qualifications:
Knowledge/Education:
- CA / ACCA / ACMA or equivalent
- Exposure to Oracle/ERP Hyperion HFM/SAP
- Business Fundamentals
Experience:
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
