Job Description
Ibex, for one of its global clients, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models for strategic initiatives
- Evaluate financial impact from new investments
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statistical reports
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into performance
- Collaborate with other departments to support decision-making
- Perform ad hoc analysis for key business decisions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis
- Prior experience with financial models
- Strong analytical skills and ability to create reports
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to drive initiatives
- Comfort with technology and expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint
