We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Financial Analyst specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, evaluating potential mergers and acquisitions opportunities, and providing strategic recommendations to senior management. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in financial analysis, a solid understanding of mergers and acquisitions processes, and excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis skills. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-impact transactions and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. Responsibilities include conducting financial due diligence on potential M&A targets, analyzing financial statements and projections for valuation assessment, preparing detailed financial models and investment memos, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support deal execution.
