Job Description
Qualifications:
- CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
Work Experience:
- 10+ years in corporate finance with exposure to Strategic Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), IPO preparation, Private Equity, and Debt Financing.
- Proficiency in Financial Modeling, Investment Analysis, and Capital Raising.
Key Skills & Exposures:
- Financial Strategy and Planning
- Financial Structuring and Restructuring
- Managing Strategic Investments
- Capital Market Expertise
- Feasibility Analysis
Industry Exposure:
- Experience in various sectors like manufacturing, banking, and consultancy, with a focus on private equity and venture capital.
