Job Description

A well-known Sports Goods Manufacturing company is looking for a Financial Controller based at Sialkot, Pakistan.

Ideal candidate will be an experienced Financial Controller to perform effective risk management and plan the organization’s financial strategy. It is a very important and complex role since an organization can only survive if it actively investigates and safeguards its finances. He/she must be well-versed in all aspects of financial management ranging from simple accounting to broad investment and banking operations.

The goal is to protect the company’s revenues and profits to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth.

Requirements;

  • Products costing
  • Hands-on experience of implementing ERP Solution
  • Financial reporting for top management
  • Annual Budgets, and Forecasts
  • Analyses of revenue projections, costs, and compare trends
  • Cash flow management
  • Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensure compliance with payment, reporting, and other tax requirements.
  • Functional experience of managing Accounts Receivable and Payable
  • Experience of handling matters of Local Sales and Export
  • Trade Finance / Banking matters
  • Establish Chart of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts
  • Examine financial records to check for accuracy
  • Manage and train staff when necessary

This is an immediate position so interviews will be started before the closing date

Skills

· Excellent analytical skills, the ability to perform financial modeling and analyses

· Effective communication and presentation skills with experience to deal effectively at all levels of an organization

· Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

· Solid awareness of corporate financial law and risk management practices

· Ability to develop new processes and recommend improvement in existing processes

· Excellent resources & people management and leadership skills Experience of managing a team

· Ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

· Proficient in the use of MS Excel and financial management software – ERP

· Project Management Skills

Eligibility

CA / ACCA / ACMA qualified.

At least 10 years’ previous experience in Accounting & Finance.
