Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Financial Data Analyst to manage SEC Form 144 filings at 2iQ. This critical role involves manual data entry of historical filings, precise data mapping, and implementing quality control measures in accordance with our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate input of SEC Form 144 data into our internal tool.
- Following Mapping SOPs to associate data elements with relevant entities.
- Conducting quality control checks for data integrity and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in data entry and analysis.
- Familiarity with SQL and knowledge of SEC filings, especially Form 144.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
