Job Description
As a Finished Goods Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the finished goods warehouse. Your main role will be to ensure the timely and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of finished products.
You will be in charge of managing a team of warehouse personnel, assigning tasks, and monitoring their performance. Your strong communication and leadership skills will be essential in effectively coordinating with other departments, such as production and logistics, to meet customer demands.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in warehouse management is preferred, particularly in the handling of finished goods. Knowledge of inventory management systems and forklift operation will be a plus.
