Job Description
We’re seeking a skilled Finishing Construction Manager with over 10 years of experience in managing finishing works for large-scale projects with a reputable construction firm.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage and coordinate all finishing activities on-site.
- Ensure top-quality standards are met for interior and exterior finishes.
- Manage subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Conduct quality checks and maintain adherence to safety protocols.
Position Requirement:
- 10+ years of experience in finishing management.
- B. Tech (Civil).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
