Job Description
The ideal candidate must be an experienced engineer or architect to implement the design of the Project. Working abilities on site and coordination with the managing staff and skilled workers. Knowledgeable in specifications of the working. The Finishing Works consists of Plastering, External Finishing Works of Tiles, Stone, and Fare-face Brick Works. Tasks also include Flooring, Walls, Paint & Polish Works, Fitting and Fixtures installations, and Wood Works.
Educational Qualification is not a key requirement if able to manage the described works. Preference is given to candidates who can engage and hire sub-contractors and execute the works on time. Sites include Residential Houses, Commercial Buildings, and Renovation Works.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with project managers to implement the Design features of the Project
- Develop diagrams, visual aids, and prepare design specifications
- Execute projects based on outlined criteria
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Architectural
- 3 – 5 years of engineering experience in site finishing Works and Project Handing Over
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills, and design skills
