Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Fiver/Upwork Business Development Specialist at athGADLANG. The role requires identifying and pursuing business opportunities on freelance platforms, developing strategies, and managing relationships with clients. The Specialist will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize sales campaigns and develop new sales strategies, in addition to working on business development efforts with clients.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of successfully achieving targets
- Strong skills in data analysis, market research, strategy development, and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity and change
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Knowledge of freelance platforms, such as Fiverr and Upwork, and prior experience working on these platforms is a plus
