Confiance Co. is seeking a dedicated Flagship Manager for Petmania and My Pet Hospital North Campus in Karāchi. As a Flagship Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring top-notch customer service, monitoring inventory, implementing marketing strategies, and analyzing sales performance. This role also involves recruiting, training, and maintaining key stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Retail operations and sales management experience
- Inventory management and visual merchandising knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
