Job Description
Position Purpose :
This position will be responsible for the Company fleet, material handling equipment, and also provide support in administrative, operational, and analytical areas.
Job Description
- Assist with the fleet management including the mode of Transport, Service, and Tax reminders.
- Management of the approved supplier lists.
- Monitor service level agreements and report KPI’s for appointed contracts.
- Process purchase orders and invoicing for approved suppliers.
- Administrate the Company fleet and enhance operational efficiency.
Experience and Qualification :
- BBA / MBA
- 02 to 03 years of relevant experience.
Specific Requirements :
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to work in a challenging environment.
- Ability to take initiatives.
- Comfortable working from 12:00 p.m to 9:00 p.m.
