About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fleet Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of our fleet. The Fleet Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the fleet, optimizing vehicle utilization, and implementing cost-effective strategies. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of fleet management principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s fleet operations, including vehicle acquisition, maintenance, and disposal
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize vehicle utilization and maximize fleet efficiency
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Monitor and analyze fleet performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
- Manage driver schedules, assignments, and performance, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Prepare and manage the fleet budget, track expenses, and maintain financial records

Requirements:
