Job Description
Bachaa Party is seeking a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of Floor Manager in Lahore, Pakistan.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise designated sections and lead the team effectively.
- Enhance sales and customer service experience.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff and onboarding for new hires.
- Ensure visual merchandising meets company standards.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in a reputable retail brand.
- Bachelor’s degree minimum.
- Strong management skills in people and operations.
- Proficient in Excel and excellent communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs70,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month
