Job Description
- Stock maintenance
- Store merchandising, layout, and customer traffic flow to maximize sales, customer satisfaction, appearance, image, and ergonomics for customers
- Evaluating and analyzing the effectiveness of planned promotional activities
- Manage health and safety, security, and emergency systems, capabilities, and staff and customer awareness
- Development of staff skills and capability through ongoing training
- Manage and motivate staff, recruit, train, and develop the team
- Coordinating with other functional teams to improve efficiency and market share
- Maintaining staff and product hygiene at all levels
- Customer Visits to handle complaints, maintain good relations, measure potential business needs, and gather feedback on products and services
- Shrinkage control by proper ordering as per need and controlling prices to ensure quick sales
- Control over old stock and negative and zero stocks
- Proper execution of partial inventory as per the schedule
