Job Description
METRO opened its first cash & carry wholesale center in Pakistan in 2007 and expanded to 5 wholesale centers in just 18 months. The merger with Makro-Habib in 2012 has allowed METRO to grow and lead in a challenging environment. Currently, the company operates 10 wholesale centers in various cities.
Job Description:
- Implement corporate policies and strategic decisions in the store.
- Optimize economic results and manage teamwork.
- Set and follow action plans, monitor customer files, and check operational processes.
- Lead a team of Department Managers, Assistant Managers, and Associates.
- Organize store inventories regularly.
Qualifications:
Intermediate with 8+ years’ work experience or Graduation with less than 8 years’ work experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Effective analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Result-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
