Job Description
- Proper stock maintenance including waste record, daily lists, and old stock management.
- Implement shop merchandising, layout, and customer traffic flow to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Execute sales promotional activities to enhance brand image and increase off-takes.
- Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of planned promotional activities.
- Manage selling, customer service activities, and staff competence to optimize sales performance and profitability.
- Ensure health and safety, security, and emergency systems compliance as per company policy and relevant laws.
- Develop staff skills through ongoing training provided by the company.
- Coordinate with other teams to improve efficiency and market share.
- Maintain staff and product hygiene levels as per company standards.
- Handle customer visits, complaints, and feedback on products and services.
- Maintain floor discipline including stock availability, shelf management, and presentation standards.
- Control shrinkage through proper ordering and pricing strategies.
- Maintain optimum stock levels and execute inventory management efficiently.
